SUPER BOWL Sunday is four days away which means parties, parties, and even more parties!

If you are hosting a Super Bowl bash this time around the next best thing to a big flat screen TV is great party food.

With these great food ideas from Tribune Taste you will definitely score a "touchdown" with party guests.

WINGS

When it comes to Superbowl Sunday chicken wings are in a staple. Wings are universal finger foods. And what probably makes them so enjoyable is that they perfect for munching

Levan Arnette at 4 Qtrs Restaurant & Sporting Lounge said that chicken wings are definitely on the menu for their Super Bowl party this coming Sunday.

"Chicken wings are something that we always serve during this time. You just can't go wrong with wings. The home cooker can make these anyway they choose serving it with a variety of great dips," he told Tribune Taste.

He also said make sure when making this savory dish, that there is enough for everyone.

CONCH FRITTERS

Excluding entrees from your menu at your Super Bowl party is a good idea. Your party guest want to simply pick and eat because if you serve entrees it will only break their concentration Mr Levan said. Instead of a plate of food he suggest adding another delectable, easy to eat snack like conch fritters on the menu.

"Conch fritters are also good to have at a Super Bowl party. As I said before you want something that is easy to eat. Conch fritters are tasty and I am sure your guest would enjoy something Bahamian," he said.

BREADED OR COCONUT SHRIMP

"You must know the kind of crowd you are attracting to you party, so you can be aware of what sorts of food to include. For those persons who love high end food like shrimp, make sure it is on the menu. "At 4Qrts we will have a variety of food and that's because we have a mixture of different people. Some people prefer conch fritters, while others might prefer shrimp, so this is something to consider as well," Mr Arnette explained.

If you are going for the high end food, he recommends shrimp dipped and rolled into a batter of coconut flakes because the taste is explosive.

BURGERS

Burgers have become the norm for sports enthusiast. So whipping up a few homemade burgers may be a good fare for party guest. "Every one loves burgers. However try to make burgers very different, so that you give your guest a number of options," Mr Arnette said.

BEERS/DRINKS

A Super Bowl party is never a Super Bowl party without beers. And while alcohol is the "life" of any party, select drinks that pair easily with food.

"The host will probably need a few coolers of beers, because trust me they will run out very fast.

However, try to cater to all of your party guest because there might just be non-alcoholics at your fiesta.

"You can balance it off by purchasing sodas, or making fruit punch. Everyone at your event will be happy," he said.

The most important thing to remember is to have a big screen TV, and enough food to last all four quarters.
