LESS than a week after being arraigned on murder and attempted murder charges, a 25-year-old man was back in court yesterday to face another murder charge.
Dudley Johnson, also known as "Fire", of Baillou Hill Road and Laird Street, was arraigned before Magistrate Ancella Williams on three more charges, including murder and armed robbery.
Johnson, 25, is accused of killing 51-year-old Cleveland Weir who was gunned down at his home on Fowler Street on August 27.
He is also accused of robbing Joshua Weir of $15 while being concerned with others. It is also alleged that on August 27, Johnson robbed Fritz Nelson of a gold lion head ring valued at $460, a gold cat head ring valued at $430 and fire lens shades, valued at $180.
Johnson, who was not required to enter a plea to the charges, questioned how he could be charged with a murder this week having just been charged last week in relation to another murder.
Last week, he was charged with the murder of 62-year-old Brenda Mae Johnson as well as the attempted murders of Burton Sands and Lathario Morley on July 19. Mrs Johnson, Mr Sands and Mr Morley were shot in Rupert Dean Lane at around 10.20pm on July 19. Mrs Johnson died in hospital on August 26.
Johnson is expected back in court on November 26 for the start of a preliminary inquiry.
He has been remanded to Her Majesty's Prison.

Title: man accused of murder suspected of another killing?
I pray that the eyes of the blind be open to see what's going on. The plp and fnm have bot failed to protect the decent citizens of this county. This countr is runned by the lawless. The politicians only dress in suits andmake fools of themselves in parliament

Title: What is being said
They are saying that he was charged last week with a murder and then charged this week with another murder. He was not on bail for the first murder when he committed the second murder, the article doesn't speak to that.
But either way this man is suitable for hanging.

Title: Out Soon
He will be out on bail soon if he is not out on bail now. The system has to change murderers and rapist walking around free while the victims have to suffer. Thats why all these murders happening since the police or judicial system can't take care of the situation the citizens are doing it themselves.
START HANGING.
