A BAHAMIAN accused of killing a Broward County police officer is scheduled to appear in a Ft Lauderdale courthouse at 1.30pm today.
Deputy Brian Tephford, 34, a six-year veteran of the Broward Sheriff’s Office, was fatally shot in 2006 during traffic stop.
Another deputy, Corey Carbocci, was also shot during the incident, but he survived.
Shortly after, Eloyn Devon Ingraham, 28 at the time, was arrested and later charged with the murder.
Two other Bahamians were also charged in connection with the shooting.
Arron Bernard Forbes, 22, and Andre M Delancy,l9, were charged with accessory after the fact.
