Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty has announced it will be working under an exclusive agreement with Hamptons International, a leading estate agency in the UK, to promote its listings overseas.
The agreement was signed between Hamptons International and Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates (CBIA), the master franchisee of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corportation in the Caribbean and Atlantic region.
It is intended to strengthen the scope and reach of both companies, enabling them to offer property buyers and sellers a higher level of service on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
Mike Lightbourn, president of Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty in the Bahamas, said the arrangement will allow his company to penetrate the UK. and European market even further.
“Hamptons International is a force to be reckoned with overseas. It captured Gold in the Best Large Agency category at the 2012 Estate Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Timesand The Times,” he said.

Listings, as they will be marketed by Hamptons International and displayed on its website, www.hamptons.co.uk.
Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates has 21 offices covering 15 islands throughout the Caribbean and Atlantic island region, including the Bahamas, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
Hamptons International is a leading residential agency operating in London, the south of the UK and overseas.
Headquartered in London’s Mayfair, Hamptons International has an international network of more than 85 offices and is a subsidiary of Countrywide, the UK’s largest estate agency and property services group.
