Three in hospital after separate shootings

THREE MEN are in serious condition in hospital following three separate shooting incidents over the weekend.

The first shooting took place around 1am Saturday.

Police say a man was at a local nightclub on Robinson Road when he got into an argument with another man which resulted in him being shot in his chest. He was taken to hospital by ambulance where he is listed in serious, but stable condition.

About three hours later, around 4am, police say a man was walking on Wilson Track, when two men armed with a handgun approached him and shot him in his leg and arm before fleeing on foot into nearby bushes. He was taken to hospital where he is listed in serious, but stable condition.

In the final shooting around 5am, police say a man was at a nightclub on Crooked Island Street off Palmetto Avenue, when he was shot in the chest and neck.

He was taken to hospital where he is listed in serious condition.

Investigations continue.
