Prayers in Andros for the success of BAMSI

THE Bahamas Agricultural and Marine Institute (BAMSI) began operation with a special Pontifical Eucharist at the Parish Church of St Margaret, Nicholl’s Town, Andros on September 28.

In a passionate homily, the Anglican Bishop of the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Rt Rev Laish Zane Boyd, challenged the people of Andros, students and members of staff of BAMSI to do all within their power for the institute to succeed.

Rev Jude Edomwonyi, priest in charge of St Margaret’s Parish, welcomed the BAMSI students and staff, among whom were Dr Rovenia Roberts Hanna, Executive Director, Dr Omer Thomas, Project Consultant, and members of the corporate community.
