Defence Force officers, on March 2, 2011, found packages of marijuana dumped in Bahamian waters and the defendants on a boat in the Ragged Island chain.

Colebrooke, who was on the run up to three months before conviction, was sentenced to four years in prison. Henderson received three years while Minnis got three years and six months for his part in the plot.

Minnis is represented by Mr Ducille while Mr Cargill represents Henderson and Colebrooke.
