GRAND Bahama police have arrested two men in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Friday on the East Sunrise Highway.
According to police reports, two men were walking around 5pm when they were held up and robbed of cash, jewellery, and two cellular phones by a group of men who they knew.
Inspector Terecita Pinder said officers of the Central Detective Unit responded and later arrested two suspects. They also recovered the stolen cellular phones.
Ms Pinder said investigations are continuing.
