• Instinct Art Show
The Instinct Art Show, which opens at the Central Bank Art Gallery on Thursday, is all about talented women and their unique perspective of the world. The exhibit will highlight nine prominent women who produce fine art and focus on their passions.
The nine women include Sue Bennett-Williams, Chantal Bethel, Lisa Codella, Jessica Colebrooke, Claudette Dean, Susan Katz-Lightbourn, Holly Parotti, Ana-Lisa Wells and Nadine Seymour-Munroe.

• Summer Madness Encore
There will be an encore presentation of Summer Madness, the longest running theatrical production in the Bahamas, from September 19-20. The production, presented by James Catalyn and Friends, will take place at the Dundas Centre for the Performing Arts. The team of veterans, amateurs and newcomers are excited to present the event for the 32nd time around.

• iCreate Music Seminar
Aspiring, emerging and established Bahamians artists will get insight into the business side of music at this seminar. Founded and launched in 2011, iStandard’s event is scheduled for September 20- 21 at Atlantis, Paradise Island.
This year will feature Donnie Scantz; Inga Nandi Willis; Kendrick “Wildcard” Dean; Bernard “Focus” Edwards, Jr; Larry Griffin, Jr; Kawan ‘KP’ Prather; Tony G; Reggie “Combat Jack” Osse, and Asia Bryant.

• The Red Dress Soir�e
Fourteen Bahamian women will show off 14 fabulous red dresses by local designers when the glamorous Red Dress Soir�e raises money for the Bahamas AIDS Foundation. It all goes down this Saturday at the British Colonial Hilton.
The event pairs 14 selected ladies with 14 Bahamian designers to create a red dress or ensemble that is then showcased by the ladies on the evening of the event. All proceeds support the Bahamas AIDS Foundation’s adolescence outreach programme.

• Dingolay
Artists including Julien Believe, DMac, Puzzle Man and many more will perform at the “Dingolay” event this Sunday at Nirvana Beach. The event, which is a video shoot, concert and party, will serve the purpose of officially launching Julien’s new single that shares the same name as the event.
