EDITOR, The Tribune.
This is not the first time I have written about this problem; but it appears that when the traffic lights on Mackey Street, Madeira and Bar Twenty Corner are non functional, the traffic flow is smooth and congestion is non-existent. This affects traffic all the way to the Paradise Island Bridge.
The authorities must be aware of this, so perhaps a new non-functional traffic light law needs to be implemented to avoid this daily bottleneck.
