In regards to your headline “Mathematics E & English D+”. That must be music to the ears of the PLP party. An educated electorate plays into their hands. You can pull the wool over the collective eyes, and get away with bare faced lying, with a dumb population.
Then all you do is every election year, give them a chicken snack and a yellow shirt and VOILA PLP stay in power.

Fitzgerald's ministry is performing perfectly... for the PLP. They are hitting their targeted D average year in, year out. No fear of a power shift for decades to come. Birdie must be whistling dixie all the way to social services.
