My thanks to Dr Nottage, who has hired professional help from the FBI at last. But I’m still wondering something.
They should be used for more than intelligence work. There are the tactical teams that should be used to take down pesky gangs and we need the lawyers from the federal courts from Washington, DC, to improve the laws for penalty and sentences.
Make it more like Texas with the death penalties. We just can’t rely on our current system, which lets the foreign police do minor upgrades. We need a major overhaul of the law.
