A MAN is in custody assisting police with investigations into a shooting incident that left another man in hospital on Monday.
According to police reports, shortly after 3.30pm, a man was on Carmichael Road when a man armed with a handgun shot him in the leg. The victim was rushed to hospital where he is listed in stable condition. Police later arrested the suspect in connection with the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
