FOUR Swift swimmers who are presently training with clubs or schools in the United States will be competing this weekend at the 2015-16 Arena Pro Swim Series in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Swift swimmers, four of the country’s best and among the top contenders to make the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, who will be competing are Arianna Vanderpool-Wallace, Joanna Evans, Dustin Tynes and Laura Morley.
Also at the meet will be 2012 individual Olympic champions Ryan Lochte, Tyler Clary and Dana Vollmer for one of the final tune-ups ahead of this summer’s US Olympic trials.
Held at the newly renovated Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center, the long-course meet opens on Thursday and continues through Sunday.
The meet consists of daily preliminaries at 9am and finals at 6 p.m.
Television coverage of the weekend finals will air on NBC Sports Network delay while NBC Sports Live Extra will stream the finals live. A live webcast of the entire meet also will be available at usaswimming.org
