POLICE are investigating a suspected drowning incident on Thursday afternoon that left a 48-year-old man dead.
The incident occurred shortly after 12pm, according to reports.
The man was diving in waters at northern point, North Star, Lucayan Way, when he began experiencing difficulties. He was retrieved in the waters and taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
