Christian Council executives meet with Aliv’s ‘chief champion’

By Felicity Ingraham

Dr Ranford Patterson, president of the Bahamas Christian Council, and his executive team recently met with Johnny Ingle, Aliv’s ‘chief champion,’ who gave details about the company and the changes it is bringing to the market.

The meeting took place at the Cousin McPhee AME church on Carmichael Road, where Dr Patterson gave Mr Ingle the floor to present Aliv’s vision and mandate.

Mr Ingle said Aliv customers are experiencing much better rates and much more freedom of choice since the company put an end to the monopoly that existed in the telecommunications market in the country.

He also expressed respect for the religious leaders present, noting that religion obviously plays a major part in Bahamian culture.

Dr Patterson described Aliv as “a most impressive mobile telecommunications company that has a bright future in helping to build the economy and the country with its impressive product and services.”
