Re: Miller: Govt should consult predecessors in bid to lower electricity bills.

ONE well-known trick some freeloaders repeatedly use to lower their electricity bills is to simply avoid paying them.

Bearing in mind Mr Miller’s unforgettably compassionate tenure at BEC, it’s quite possible he has expert knowledge on this ploy.

If consulted by Govt, he may be willing to recommend a kindly way to manage such parasites, and thus improve BPL bill collections.

This in turn should increase revenue and might result in lower bills for all of us.
