CHAMPIONSHIPS
THE 2017 Atlantis Interdepartmental Basketball Championships is all set for 6:30pm today at Betty Cole Park, starting with a showdown between the coaches and managers. That will be followed by a 3-pt shootout at 7:15pm. Following that, the All-Star game will be played at 7:30pm.
The evening will conclude with the championship game between the Cove Knights and Banquet Bombers at 8:30pm.
BIMINI REGATTA
THE Bimini Regatta is scheduled for this weekend. All sloops are expected to be in Bimini on Thursday and the owners and sailors will participate in a Skippers’ Party. The races begin Friday and continue Saturday when champions will be announced at the closing-out ceremonies.
ATHLETIC CLINIC
THE College bound Students Athletic Clinic is set for 9am to 3pm on Friday, June 30 and 9am to noon on Saturday, July 1 at Kingsway Academy. The two-day clinic will have a hands-on athletic clinic to provide student athletes and families with the overview of the athletic high school college calendar.
