IT is certainly interesting that a promoter would be interested in developing a cemetery when traditional funerals and interments are now not the norm and cremation is.
Interesting arguments against the proposal, however, if the surrounding residential area uses ground water for their water supply and they are not on a sewer system may I suggest they quickly have their water supply checked as no cesspit is watertight.
To the promoter may I suggest a Memorial Garden format with various Columbaria (walls where the remains after cremation will be placed). This would create I suggest an exceptional improvement to the area.
Yes, the developer has to provide adequate car parking.
Householders you better check your well water supply…cesspits leak!
