SHERMAN Robinson will begin his collegiate basketball career with the Navarro College Runnin' Bulldogs this fall.

The 6'7", 200-pound swingman heads to Navarro following an acclaimed senior season for the Legacy Early College Lions in Greenville, South Carolina.

Robinson averaged 10.6 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game for the Lions last season. He also played on the AAU Circuit with Team South Carolina Elite.

The Runnin' Bulldogs, located in Corsicana, Texas, enjoyed another successful season in 2017-2018 under head coach Michael Landers and reached the Region XIV Tournament for a fifth straight season.

Between 2006-2012, the Bulldogs were in the Region XIV Tournament Championship finals six times in seven seasons - an unprecedented in league history.

This season, they will again compete in Region XIV's East Zone against some of the NJCAA's top programmes.

Navarro's competed in the NJCAA National Tournament at Hutchinson (KS) three times, finishing fourth place after a 30-7 season in 2009-10.

Robinson played locally for the St George's Jaguars before relocating to the United States. For the junior national team, he was a member of the 2015 Under-17 Centrobasket squad that finished fifth in Puerto Rico. He averaged 7.8 points and 6.6 rebounds per game through four contests.
