After the press conference yesterday and the statements of the spokesperson of Government certainly one scratches ones head and ponders — did the previous administration consider decisions before they made them?

There is the Rule of Law — well we all presume that, but many times question it.

Isn’t it time the Minister responsible for Land — Prime Minister — will table all documents of this affair and report to Parliament.

Who was granted the Crown Lease first?

Do, as is alleged, the two grants compromise each other by actually granting part of the same land granted to the first party — one grant actually incredibly is part of the other.

The matter is sub judicial so public comment on the arguments should be limited not as the official spokesperson of Government did yesterday where opinion certainly was stated... rather emphatically in fact judgmental.

It’s time for clarity .... Who got the Crown Grant first?
