A MAN accused of murder appeared in court yesterday for violating the conditions of his bail.
Mario Brown, 32, stood before Senior Magistrate Samuel McKinney accused of violating a condition of his bail in his ongoing murder trial.
Brown is accused of murdering Jamaal Kemp on February 10, 2019.
While Brown was granted bail in this matter by Supreme Court Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson, he was recently caught violating one of the conditions. Sometime between December 25, 2021, and March 26, 2022, the accused failed to keep a daily curfew at his residence between 6pm and 6am.
Having found Brown guilty of violating a condition of his bail, Magistrate McKinney fined him $7,500 for the infraction.
