A MAN was granted bail in Magistrate’s Court yesterday after being accused of threatening someone with a gun.
Rokendo Farrington, 25, faced Magistrate Algernon Allen, Jr, on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
It is alleged that on November 28 in New Providence, and concerned with another, the accused assaulted Adner Bevans with a handgun.
In court, Farrington pleaded not guilty.
Bail was granted in the sum of $4,000 with one or two sureties. The accused is expected to return for trial on February 24, 2023.
