Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating three men who are responsible for shooting a man on Saturday afternoon.
The incident reportedly occurred shortly after noon, at the rear of a residence located on Cascarilla Street, Pinewood Gardens.
According to reports, the suspects emerged from a property at the rear of the 28-year -old victim’s home and shot him multiple times. The victim was taken to hospital by EMS personnel, where at present his condition is unknown.
Police are aggressively searching for the culprits, who reportedly fled the area in a small white, heavily tinted Japanese vehicle.

This one have a gun, that one have a gun, erryone have a gun!!! How did The BaHAMAS, at least Nee Providence, become so steeped in a gun culture? Where did the influence come from? And since both the victims and perpetrators of gun crimes are mostly between the ages of 27 and 28, what efforts are being made to debrief young men especially , of this culture? Not just the desire to bear arms but to use them in most instances to commit murder. And why bail for those accused of murder. If you must give bail, then make the conditions more restrictive and more confining, not unlike house arrest.
