Funeral service for Matriarch Clara Louise Thompson, age 100 years, 92 Crawford Street, Oakes Field, will be held on Friday March 01, 2013 at 11:00a.m. at Salem Baptist Church, Taylor Street. Officiating will be The Rev. Dr. C.W. Saunders assisted by The Rev. Heuter Rolle. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive.

Precious memories will forever linger in the hearts of her sons: Ronald R. Thompson and Leroy N. Thompson; daughter-in-law: Shirley E. Thompson; granddaughters: Leslyn K.E. and Leanarda N. (Ginger) Thompson, Deidre Smith (Anthony), Gesele Brown (Christopher), Allison Ferguson (Gregory) Renee Thomas, Dillette Thompson, Carol Moss (Rt. Reverend Cornel J. Moss), Wendy Hall (Kirk), Veronica, Telsene, Phylis, and Toni Thompson; grandsons: Byron L.N. Thompson (Minorka), Renatus L.N. Thompson (Mariska), Bronsdon L.N.
