Last rites for Ezekiel ‘Zeke’ Alexander Smith aged 67 of Croton Street, Pinewood Gardens and formerly of George Town, Exuma will be held on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at All Saints Anglican Church, All Saints Way, Joan’s Height, South Beach. Officiating will be Fr. Stephen Davies assisted by Fr. Berkley J. Smith J.P. Curate and Canon Sebastian Campbell Rector of
St. Gregory’s Anglican Church. Cremation will follow.
He is survived by are one daughter Adora B. M Smith; one sister Clova Smith; two nephews Cyril and Bernard Seymour; one uncle Ambrose Smith; aunts Rosalie Dillett and Effie Sawyer; other relatives and friends including: Althea Tinker and family, Marjorie Cleare and family, Romona Smith and family, Maude Smith and family, Yvonne Wallace and family, Luther E. Smith and family, Greg, Mark and Ashton Dillett and family, Mike, Gary and Jennifer Smith and family, Philip Micklewhyte and family, Agatha Meadows and family, Eathan Rolle and family. The descendants of Jane Smith-Johnson, Leona Smith and Lillian Smith and family, Remelda Smith, Annamae Smith and Eileen Smith and family, Canon S. Campbell and Rev Stephen Davies and Rev. Berkley Smith of All Saints Parish; Luanna Lafleur and the Lafleur family, Mr. Hart, Ms. Johnson, Roslyn Rogers and family, Lydia Ash, Donna Johnson and the friends at A & A Comfort Care, neighbors of Croton Street, members of All Saints Anglican Church; close friends and caregivers from A & A Comfort Care and the team of health care professionals at the Male Surgical Ward of the Princess Margaret and to his former colleagues at the Aqua Pure Company.
The body will repose at Curtis Memorial Mortuary, Robinson Road and Fifth Street on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until 5:30 P.M. and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
