Funeral Service for Samuel Bethel age 76 of Russell Drive, Bamboo Town and formerly of Long Bay Cays, Andros who died on Friday July 24, 2015 will be held on Saturday August 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at All Saints Anglican Church, All Saints Way, Joans’s Heights, South Beach. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Stephen Davies assisted by Rev. Fr. Berkley J. Smith. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
He will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted wife of 55 years, Fredericka Rolle-Bethel; four sons, Ralph, Thomas, Jeffery and Timothy Bethel; three daughters, Ruby, Sandra and Joyann Bethel; fourteen grandchildren, Natasha and Samantha Bethel, Shiann Rahming, Tashinika, Tamia and Natalia Bethel, Thomas Jr., Gary Jr., Jarran, Valentino, Tameko, Tamek and Nathaniel Bethel and Justin Rahming; ten great grandchildren, Kevinique Staurt, Salice and Shaniya Collie, Keon Stuart, Shannon Levarity, Shanario, Samuel, Sidney, Stephen Collie and Tyler Bethel; two daughters-in-law, Eva and Tamara Bethel; one son-in-law, Gregory Ferguson; three sisters-in-law, Faye, Loranna and Ida Rolle, two brothers-in-law, Eugene Knowles and Mervin Cooper; numerous nieces and nephews, including: Wilfred, Doyle, Lloyd and Walrick Cooper, Chester McKenzie, Anthony, Cephas and Patrick Rolle, Monique Armstrong, Barbara, Louise and Laverne Cooper, Susan Carey, Freda Forbes and Patrice Smith; numerous cousins including: Lucinda Allen, Icelyn and Dwayne Kemp, Pamela and Vanessa Miller, Marina Oliver, Ilean Dixon, Freeman and Leonard McKinney, Iris and Felix Mckinney; numerous other relatives and friends; Hansel Pickstock and Family, Rev. Viewing will be held in the Legacy Suite of Vaughn O. Jones Memorial Center, Mt. Royal Ave. and Talbot Street on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the Church from 9:00 a.m. to service time.
