Kasim Davano Chicaino “Dino” Dames, 27

a resident of will be held at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church, Deveaux & Young Streets, on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.  Officiating will be Fr. William Quiamjot, assisted by Deacon Maxwell Johnson. Interment follows in Catholic Cemetery, Tyler Street.
Left to cherish his precious memories are his loving mother: Stephanie Dames; father: Junior Monroe; 6 sisters: Nicole Heastie, Renee Green,  Darnique Scavella, Felecia Edwards, Antique Fowler and Princess Monroe; grandmother: Maggie Monroe; 2 nieces: Cline Fowler and Shanae Allen; 3 nephews: Jamine Neely, Michael Fowler and Sharad Allen Jr.; 3 aunts: Laras Burnside, Stella Major and Adline Mott; 4 uncles: Vincent Burnside, Clifford Major Sr., Joe and Kenneth Mott; 2 great grand aunts: Veronica and Shirley Seymour; 2 great grand uncles: Rudolph and Carl Seymour; special friend: Kathleen Daxon; godmothers: Linda and Clara;  numerous cousins: Lakeria and Jamal Turnquest, Shandika Major, Recano, Shacano, Julian and Kenneth Mott Jr., Melanie, Claudia, Paula and Gaynor Seymour, Jessica Mott, Lavern Anderson & family, Trevor, Julian, Derek, Patrick, Joel, Dino, Deon and Arthur Seymour; other relatives and friends: Shakanka & family, the Rolle’s family, Sife Garden family, the Fancy Dancers and Genesis Junkanoo Group family, Sharky Edwards & family, Kirk & family, Edward Cephas & family & many other close friends too numerous to mention.

Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte’s Funeral Home, Market Street, from 12-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
