Time Qualifiers for Swimming

It is about time the Bahamas gets it right. Why do we continue to allow such foolishness to go on. If the college students are allowed to send in their qualifying times and not return to the Bahamas to compete, the Family Island students should be able to do the same thing. It is a major sacrifice for Family Island students to miss school and travel to the trial swim event and the economy is very sluggish so it also involves tremendous costs. The College students should be made to return home to compete or they should not be allowed on the team. If the College students continue to send in theif qualifying times, then the Family Island students ought to be afforded that very same privilege.
