TWO of three Cuban detainees who made a habeas corpus application before the Supreme Court have been released from the custody of immigration to fly to the US.
This morning in a hearing Justice Carolita Bethell ordered Mauricio Valdez and Randy Rodriguez to be released and they will depart from Nassau for Miami tomorrow morning.
