Man shot dead in South Beach

A MAN shot in South Beach late last night died in hospital of his injuries a short while later, police reported.

Preliminary reports are that shortly before 11pm, a man was standing in front of a home at Valencia Drive, South Beach, when he was shot. He was transported to hospital in a private vehicle where he later succumbed.

Police are seeking the public’s assistance and investigations are ongoing
