Following up the $5m legal donation from Mr Nygard to the PLP
We have seen:-
Nygard’s immunity from prosecution for his illegal acquisition of three acres of Crown land.
Nygard’s on tap access to the services of Toggie and Bobo.
A new Planning and Subdivision Bill which would give Nygard and other developers the right to legalise “irregularities” by paying a fine of just $10,000.00.
Save the Bays object to Nygard denuding Jaws public beach and taking three acres of Crown Land.
Save the Bays object to the new Planning and Subdivision Bill.
Three Cabinet Ministers attack Save The Bays’ directors in the House of Assembly and publish their private emails in Parliament. They accuse Save the Bays of de-stabilising the Government.
Save the Bays get a Supreme Court injunction against MPs further unauthorised publication of private documents.
Speaker of House attack on Supreme Court injunction.
Strong performances by Cabinet Ministers Fitzgerald and Mitchell on Parliamentary Privilege and Freedom of Speech. The Honourable Ministers defend the unauthorised publication of private documents.
House of Assembly vote for Committee on Parliamentary Privilege to investigate whether Judge in her judicial capacity is in contempt of Parliament.
Allocation of public funds (amount unknown) for Committee on Privilege to spend on investigating Justice Indra Charles and Save the Bay attorneys.
International press has a field day.
Does this add up to de-stabilisation of a government?
Or the judicial process?
Or the rule of law?
There could be a case to argue here.
This is a lot of bang for $5m bucks.

What Mr: Nygard should have done was Give the Out spoken QC a retainer fee. like the one that was given to him by the man who was allowed to dredge in the EXuma Sea Park.
