IRAN, the United Arab Emirates and Japan will complete the field of 16 teams for the 2017 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in Nassau April 27 to May 7.
The three countries emerged from the Asian confederation championship at the weekend in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia.
Iran claimed the title of Asian champions for the second time by beating the UAE 7-2 in the final, with two goals apiece from Moslem Mesigar and tournament MVP Mohammadali Mokhtari.
Japan saw off Lebanon 6-3 in the third place playoff with prolific forward Goto Takasuke scoring four times.
