GAZETTED a RFP for a proposed New General Post Office – me hopes AG office has advised if there are early ending clauses for Town Centre Mall (Brent Symonette) because we don’t want to be paying millions of penalty money for breaching the lease early?
If Town Centre Mall lease is like the employment contract for Dorian Relief Authority, God help us.
Where is the intention of building this new Post Office?
Recall we have standing a past PLP new Post Office proposal for the old City Markets - Independence Drive site which the owners took Minnis and them to Court for breaching the lease.
So hopefully we are not dipping our heads into to too deep buckets which will cost us millions?
Need re-assurances, please.
