POLICE are investigating an alleged sexual assault involving an American tourist at a resort on Paradise Island.
The incident reportedly happened shortly before 4.40am yesterday.
Responding officers later arrested a 28-year-old man in connection with the assault.
Authorities have not released further details about the condition of the victim.
