A MAN awaiting trial for a 2022 attempted murder was accused of breaching his bail last week.
Prosecutors allege that Christian Gordon, 47, failed to charge his monitoring device at 9.30am on January 8.
Gordon, along with an accomplice, is accused of attempting to kill Quinton Rolle in New Providence on September 28, 2022.
Gordon pleaded not guilty to violating his bail conditions before Magistrate Lennox Coleby. His bail was set at $3,000 with one or two sureties.
He will return to court on January 22.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Lincoln McKenzie was the prosecutor.
