Judo Olympic medallist to lead Commonwealth Youth team

THE Bahamas Judo Federation has announced that 2003 World champion and 3-time Olympic medallist Amarilis Savon (fifth from right) will join the BJF as the female coach to lead the cadets into the Commonwealth Youth Games this summer.

THE Brajaxba Tennis is scheduled to host it’=s annual Family Fun Day on Saturday, May 20 at the Gym Tennis Club in Wonton Meadows. All tennis players are invited to out and support the event by playing in the tournament, which will feature players from 5-year-old to 60-plus.
