She is survived by her husband: Livingston Culmer Sr.; sons: Livingston Jr., Lavante and Laki Culmer; daughters: Livingdra and Lamika Culmer; mother: Clarinda Albury; father: Herman Frazier; step father: Sgt. 942 Horace Albury; sisters: Canrea Scott, Kee-Tonia and Qutel Albury; brothers: Kenyetta Frazier, Aaron Cartwright, Mikhaile and PC 3907 Horace Albury Jr.; step grandmother: Rosemary Cartwright; and other relatives and friends;
