He is survived by his wife: Christine Elain Fernander; mother: Minerva Earia Butler; Father: Wellington George Fernander; son: Sean Fernander; daughters Sonobia Fernander Smith and Angel Kelly sisters: Valerine, Deborah, Dorette and Lincha Fernander, Jacklyn Fernander Moxey, and Cindy Davis; brothers: Clifton and ACP Clayton Fernander, Lloyd Williams, Floyd Fernander, and other relatives.
