Definitely, I’ve known some people who were in a tent city before, and most of them are decent people who are trying really hard to get out of that. Dylan Horkin Junior It seems like it somehow conflicts with the educational purpose of the university, but that might be a symptom of the ‘not-in-my-backyard’ syndrome.
