The Royal Bahamas Police Force received a donation of musical instruments from the Chinese Embassy during a ceremony at the Police College on October 23. Among those attending were National Security Minister Wayne Munroe, Chinese Ambassador Yan Jiarong, RBPF Band Director Chief Supt Whitney Bastian, Acting RBDF Commodore Captain Sonia Natasha Miller, ASP Cory Hield and Canon Stephen Davies.

China donates $50,000 in music instruments to RBPF and RBDF
THE Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) and the Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF) received approximately $50,000 worth of musical instruments from the Chinese government on Friday, a donation officials said would help nurture musical talent and inspire future generations.
