Good job Mr. Randy Rolle for doing what is obviously the right thing regarding the Quieting Titles Act!
It is a license for the haves to steal from the have not's .....Pure and simple!
Everywhere else on this planet abolished the Quieting Titles Act long ago.
Bahamas is the last country in this solar system that allow a Quieting Titles Act to exist.
Until WE THE PEOPLE STAND UP and demand it be abolished and an FOIA be established, nothing will change & the powers that be will continue raping Bahamians without so much as sweet lies, a kiss or KY jelly!
Americans, Haitians, Canadians, Japanese, Chinese and everyone else are bringing change to their corrupt governmental systems by demonstrating and demanding change.
Bahamians need to do the the same.....Where do I/we sign up?

I'm with you sir, there are too many of us living poor today because of the greed not only of other Bahamians but in some cases our own family members.
This law clearly makes it easier for anyone to jump up out the blue and stake claim to land they know nothing about.
It is clearly geared towards those who already have plenty to get even more, even if it means taking something that they know they have no rights to.
