IRATE Customs and Immigration workers were today continuing their protests for a sixth day.
A large crowd of civil servants was at the Department of Immigration on Hawkins Hill demanding a meeting with Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham.
Sloane Smith, Vice President of the Bahamas Customs and Immigration Allied Workers Union said their protests would continue until the government gives their issues first priority.

"I have no idea what the matter is as nobody has brought to my attention any matter that is outstanding which is deserving of consideration by the government," Mr Ingraham said.
