Bahamas Realty has received a Member Achievement Award from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE), a global network of more than 500 top real estate firms.
The award was presented at the network’s Annual Performance Awards Gala, held during the LeadingRE Conference Week, an event that drew an audience of 2,500 real estate professionals from nearly 20 countries.
Bahamas Realty won the 2013 Award of Excellence – Equivalent Closing Sales Production for their company-size category. This award recognises companies with the highest per agent average of outgoing equivalent closings, based on sales value exceeding the network’s average sales price.
Bahamas Realty was also recognised for the second year in a row as a member of the 2013 Global Alliance Club, which honours members with one or more closings across country borders.
The Bahamian firm is also in the 2013 Momentum Club, which acknowledges members who dramatically improved their company’s outgoing referral performance from 2012 to 2013, based on a certain increase in deals resulting from client introductions made to other affiliates in the network.
Bahamas Realty was also the only non-US member ranked in the top 30 for the Diamond Award, which measures a member’s all around engagement in LeadingRE.
Larry Roberts, Bahamas Realty’s chief executive and managing broker, said: “I was especially proud and pleased to receive this award, and the recognition for our company, as we certainly were not expecting to receive any awards this year, although we had been nominated for a total of five. The past few years have been challenging, and it is therefore, gratifying to know that our hard work has been recognised and appreciated.”
Bahamas Realty is the Bahamas representative of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
LeadingRE provides its affiliates with an extensive range of brokerage services, which include lead generation, cross-market referrals, branding support, luxury marketing, online exposure, technology systems and industry-leading professional development.
