NOW let’s see if we can get this straight: It seems the Minister finds it lamentable that the government is criticised over crime (we should probably be criticising judges), but expects us to praise the government (presumably for doing its job) when there is a lull in crime. OK, makes sense. Got that!

Are you really suggesting that he may be a crime fighter? I would most likely say that he is the Joker in this comic.
