Four in hospital after New Year shootings

THREE MEN and a woman are in hospital after several shooting incidents in New Providence on New Year's Eve and early New Year's Day. Police are hunting suspects in all three incidents.

Shortly after 6pm, a man and a woman were standing in front of a home on Lily in the Valley Corner, when three men with firearms in a Dodge Ram truck approached and shot them. They were taken to hospital, where the woman is reported to be in serious condition and the man listed as stable.

Three hours later, a man was standing in front of his home at Avocado Street, Pinewood Gardens, when the occupants of a silver vehicle approached and shot him before speeding off. The victim was transported to hospital where he remains in stable condition.

Shortly after 6.30am on Friday, a man was walking on Bias Street when he was shot. The victim was transported to hospital and remains there in stable condition.

Police are appealing to anyone with information regarding any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) (New Providence) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands).

Brilliant way to start the murder and mayhem for 2016.

THe SPINE C H I L L I N G truth! While we sit and ponder the murder rate and blame the young people for the level of mayhem, blood shed, carnage and lawlessness in the country, do you know that high profile persons are involved in violent crime in this country, lawyers included? Not only in the supply of guns but one attorney has been advising his clients to 'eliminate' certain witnesses when he felt they could not beat the charges against them. In a recent matter a client hired a hit against a certain witness. After the 'hit men' found out the real reason for the hit they planned to retaliate on the "client" because the young man they killed was innocent. But they were also killed before they could carry out their plan. Now the "client" is falling apart at the seams. Family members have distanced themselves from him, so he is now in the habit of sitting in bars and after a few drinks 'singing' his story to anyone who will listen. The attorney, himself is not faring too well either as one of his family members was brutally murdered earlier this year. But yet he continues to represent high profile criminals. The client will be revealed in 2016 by his own undoing, and he will expose his lawyer to the public for his dirty deeds. I told you since June the murder count was going to be 150 and on Novemnber 27, I revised that count to 148. These people will be exposed. God is not asleep. John 3:16

Luke 11:52

“Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.”
