THE New Providence Softball Association continued its regular season action in the Archdeacon William Thompson Softball Park at the Southern Recreation Grounds over the weekend.

QClub Divers 14, Lone Rebels 4: Ron Demeritte went 3-for-4 with five runs batted in (RBI) and scored twice to lead the Divers to victory.
Lester Stuart got the win and Val Munroe was tagged with the loss.
Da Boyz 15, KC Construction 8: Dominic Elliott went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in the win for Da Boyz.
Vernon Clarke was the winning pitcher and Franklyn ‘Bim’ Martin suffered the loss.
Doc Stallions 12, BTC Vibes 7: Ricardo Major went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs scored in the win for the Stallions.
Warren Butler was the winning pitcher and McNeil Albury was the loser.
Coors Light 16, The Sharks 15: Bertie Murray went 4-for-5 with four RBI and a run scored to pace Coors to victory.
Gay Knowles was the winning pitcher and Nelson Farrington was the loser.
Original Crusaders 13, Corner Boys 6: Charles Rolle had a perfect 3-for-3 day with a homer, four RBI and two runs scored in the Crusaders’ win.
Greg Gardiner was the winning pitcher and Harold ‘Banker’ Fritzgerald got tagged with the loss.
DKS Crusaders 26, All-Star Truckers 12: Andy ‘Smudge’ Ford enjoyed a 4-for-5 day with a homer, five RBI and four runs scored in the slug-fest for the Crusaders.
Gregory Thompson was the winning pitcher and Kermit ‘Shift’ Mackey got the loss.
Corner Boys 12, Doc’s Stallions 2: Culbert ‘Buster’ Evans was 3-for-4 with three RBI and a pair of runs scored in the win for the Corner Boys.
Gregory ‘Rat’ Taylor was the winning pitcher and Ian Graham suffered the loss.
The NPOTSA is slated to be back in action over the weekend with games being played on Saturday and Sunday at the Southern Recreation Grounds.
