A MAN died at the Blue Hills Sporting Complex on Wednesday after he was run over by the heavy equipment he was operating.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident, which happened shortly after 2pm. The victim was reported to be operating heavy duty equipment in the area of the Blue Hills Sporting Complex when he fell to the ground and was run over.
The victim was rushed to hospital where he later succumbed. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
