A GRAND Bahama husband and wife were remanded to prison on Monday, accused of murdering their landlord when he came to collect rent earlier this month.
Erris and Misty Pratt were formally charged before Senior Magistrate LaQuay Laing with the April 7 killing of Frerick Laing.
Police allege the incident occurred as Mr Laing attempted to collect rent in the Ludford Drive area. An argument reportedly broke out, during which he was fatally wounded.
The accused were not required to enter a plea.
They were remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until June 27, when they are expected to be served with a voluntary bill of indictment.
