DWAYNE Leon Morley, 34, pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate’s Court on Friday to fraud by false pretences stemming from an alleged April 15 incident on Paradise Island.

Prosecutors allege that Morley, of Ida Street and Montel Street, obtained eight day-pass bands valued at $1,600, the property of Atlantis Hotel, by false pretences and with intent to defraud.

Morley denied the charge when it was put to him.

He was granted bail of $3,000 with one or two sureties.

The matter was adjourned to June 3 for trial.
